INGREDIENTS

1.Mushroom - 500 Gms

2.Unsalted Butter - 50 Gms (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RlnDoP)

3.Garlic - 5 Cloves Thinly Sliced

4.Onion - 2 Nos Thinly sliced

5.Salt - 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2vg124l) 

6.Pepper (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RElrrg)

7.Water.





METHOD 

1.Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, garlic and saute them .

2.Add mushrooms and saute .

3.Add salt and pepper and mix well .

4.Once the mushrooms are cooked add water and mix well .

5.Cook for 10 mins .

6.Let it cool .

7.Transfer it to a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth paste .

8.Transfer the blended mushrooms to the kadai.

9.Add water and mix well .

10.Brind the soup to a boil .

11.The Mushroom soup is ready to be served now.
