Indian filter coffee is a coffee drink made by mixing frothed and boiled milk with the decoction obtained by brewing finely ground coffee powder in a traditional Indian filter. The drink known as Kaapi is the South Indian phonetic rendering of "coffee". The drink is also referred to as Madras filter coffee, Madras Kaapi, Kumbakonam degree coffee, Mylapore filter coffee, or Mysore filter coffee. Outside India, the term "filter coffee" may refer to drip brew coffee, which is a distinct form of preparing coffee.

Ingredients
1.Filter Coffee Powder - 3 tsp
2.Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
3.Whole Milk
4.Water
Method
1. Put some filter coffee powder in a filter.
2. Add some water to it to get the decoction.
3. Boil the mil
4. To a glass, add sugar, boiled milk and decoction as per your taste.
5. Mix this well and enjoy your Filter Coffee hot
