Ingredients
1.Tea Powder - 2 Tbsp
2.Full Fat Milk - 500 Ml (Buy: https://amzn.to/2Gz9D4r)
3.Sugar - 2 Tsp
4.Condensed Milk - 2 Tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/3982zIL)
5.Cardamom Pod - 2 Nos (Buy: https://amzn.to/2U5Xxrn)
6.Water - 2 Cups
Method:
1. Pour 500 ml of water to a saucepan.
2. Add tea powder, sugar and boil it.
3. To avoid any steam from escaping, seal the pot with some chapati dough.
4. Boil this for 20 mins until the tea decoction is reduced to half.
5. In another pour the milk and boil it.
6. Add cardamom pods and boil until it reduces.
7. Now add condensed milk and mix it.
8. To assemble the Irani tea, pour the tea decoction upto 1/4 of the cup.
9. Top this with the reduced milk.
10. The famous hyderabadi Irani Chai is ready.
