Mutton Skewers Recipe

Ingredients: 


For marination:

1.Mutton - 250 gms (Boneless)

2.Ginger Garlic paste - 1 & 1/2 tsp

3.Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

4.Paprika powder - 1 tsp

5.Cumin Powder - 1 tsp

6.Pepper - 1 tsp

7.Salt

8.Lime - 1/2 slice

9.Oil - 1 Tbsp

For Skewers:

Skewer sticks
Onions - cut in to wedge

Bell pepper - cut in to wedges
Tomato - cut in to wedges

Method: 


(A)Marinating the mutton

1. To the boneless mutton pieces, add the ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, Paprika powder, Garam masala powder, pepper and salt

2. Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lime

3. Add 1 tablespoon oil and mix well so that the meat is well covered evenly

4. Let the meat marinate for atleast 6 hours

5. Skewer the meat and vegetable wedges alternatively as shown 

6. Keep the skewers on a tray and pour on some (so the dripping juices stay in it) 

7. Grill at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
