சர்க்கரை பொங்கல் | Sakkarai Pongal In Tamil | Pongal Special | Sweet Pongal | Dessert Recipe





Ingredients



1.Pasteurization - 1 cup (250 ml)

2.Algae lentils - 1/4 cup

3.Jaggery - 250 g

4.Water - 5 tbsp

5.Fermented milk - 1 tbsp

6.Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp

7.Ghee

8.Cashew Nut

9.Grapes



Methods

1. Heat water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once the jam is melted, set aside.

2. Put the moss lentils in a pan and fry for 2 minutes.

3. Pour water into the pan and when hot, add the paste and algae lentils and bring to a boil.

4. After frying the rice and lentils, pour the fermented milk in it and cook till the rice boils.

5. Drain and pour the jam dissolved in it.

6. Next add cardamom powder and stir.

7. Then add roasted cashews and stir well.

8. Prepare delicious sugar pongal
